Nickelodeon: KCA & KCS 2014
For the past 8 years, Definition 6 has helped promote the Kids’ Choice Awards, Nickelodeon’s annual show that honors the year’s biggest television, movie, and music acts — as voted on by Nickelodeon viewers themselves. This year, to increase viewership and get kids excited about watching the big event, we produced over 20 promos leading up to the big awards show. The 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards were a huge success this year, with the Saturday night live premiere garnering over 5 million viewers.
Nickelodeon debuted its first-ever Kids’ Choice Sports in 2014 with Definition 6 doing the promotions. The telecast won the night among kids 2-11, 6-11, and tweens and had a total viewer average of 2.3 million — a 37% spike over last year’s time period.
